Let the Universe have your back

Your cosmic advantage begins with the Wise Skies Digital Calendar. With this superpower in your back pocket, you will be equipped to access the magic of good timing. With descriptions for every planetary and lunar event – all levels of astrology enthusiasts can enjoy the calendar.

What’s new?
In addition to the same great features as before with planetary events, lunations, eclipses, and moon void of course periods, the 2023 calendar includes:
– Moon Phase family dates and sabian symbols on the New and Full Moon entries
The descriptions now note that planets are retrograde when relevant
– Retroshade zones and Cazimis

Mac Users: Add the events to a New Calendar. Create a new calendar called “Wise Skies [YEAR]” and then add the downloaded calendar events to that calendar. That way if a new version or update is available later in the year, you can just delete that calendar and all the events with it.

“Since I always have my phone, this astrology calendar is always with me. I can quickly check it when I need to know the Moon’s degree, when another planet turns retrograde, or anything else. Extremely useful, and eco-friendly, too!” Jodie Forrest, International Academy of Astrology

Astrologer’s Disclaimer: There is no universal  way to calculate the Moon Void of Course periods, just like there is no one ‘right’ type of astrology.  Every program and every astrologer has a different parameter for calculating a Moon VOC.  If a Moon is considered void in the time after a “major” applying aspect and before an ingress, what is a “major” aspect? To traditional astrologers, that’s only the conjunction, sextile, square, trine, and opposition. But to astrologers practicing western, pop, sidereal or one of the other dozen types of astrology, they may allow for other differences. There are likely to be small differences in timings.  Even adjusting for time zones, general program errors, and preferences for what constitutes a “major” and a “minor” aspect there will be differences. It is suggested to also keep an astrology journal and notice how you’re feeling for particular timing of astrological events. Some people will feel groggy before/after Moon VOC periods and you can begin to identify your personal patterns as they align with the planets.
