Wise Skies Collective Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer, Commitments, Code of Ethics, Spiritual Principles, Student Pledge, and Privacy Policy.

Prior to purchasing courses, products, or services from Wise Skies (WS), wiseskiescollective.com, or tiffanyharelik.com it is your responsibility to read and agree to the below terms, conditions and commitments.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Online and In-person Courses:

All WS purchases are final. We do not refund, transfer or defer and all courses, workshops and classes must be completed as purchased and specified.

WS assumes no liability for lost, damaged or stolen personal items.

Personal arrangements, including, but not limited to, transportation to and from events, accommodation and food, and travel insurance are the attendee’s own responsibility and risk.

By attending WS events (online & in-person), you assume all risks related to your participation. You release for yourself, your heirs and your executor any claim against WS and its employees and agents from liability resulting from injury or accidents occurring during any WS course, workshop or event.

WS reserves the right to cancel a course within 1-day in advance of the program date. Participants will be notified of other program dates they may transfer to at no additional cost to the participant. WS will not be responsible for any costs incurred due to cancellations. We recommend travel insurance for your travel and accommodation, particularly if you have booked flights to courses.

WS assumes approval to use photographs that may be taken during your class, in promotional materials, unless otherwise notified by you.

In cases where Tiffany or WS Staff is a guest speaker or teacher offering courses, workshops and events through other providers, all inquiries regarding bookings, attendance and terms and conditions must be made to the third-party organizer of the event. Neither Tiffany Harelik nor WS is responsible for the administration and production of these outside courses and events.

Audio and video clips are the property of WS and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

**Completion of our courses does not guarantee certification.

DISCLAIMER

All content included in or made available by any WS service and through www.wiseskiescollective.com including text, images, graphics, logos, digital downloads and audio clips is the property of WS and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Trademarks

Logos and names contained within this site are trademarks of WS may not be used in connection with any product or service, nor used in any manner that disparages or discredits WS or Tiffany Harelik. Trademarks owned by WS, and Tiffany Harelik may be used only with the written permission of the trademark owner.

Refund policy

Products: You may return new or unopened physical product items sold directly by WS on the www.wiseskiescollective.com website within 30 days for a full refund. Refunds will not be given for downloaded files including but not limited to music, meditations, calendars, PDF files, and courses.

Courses are non-refundable, non-transferable and must be completed as purchased and specified.

Items are shipped back to WS at your own expense. We strongly advise that you purchase proof of postage, shipment tracking or insurance when you ship items for return as WS will not be held responsible for any items which are lost by any mail carrier or courier.

Disclaimer of warranties

The information and products on this website are provided “as is” and “as available”. WS makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the operation of WS’s services or the information, content, materials, products including downloaded files and software, or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through wiseskiescollective.com, unless otherwise specified in writing.

You expressly agree that use of the www.wiseskiescollective.com website is at your sole risk. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, WS disclaims all warranties either expressed or by implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. WS disclaims all responsibility for any loss, injury, claim, liability or damage of any kind resulting from, arising out of or any way related to (a) any errors or omissions from this site and its content, including but not limited to technical inaccuracies and typographical errors, (b) any third party websites or content therein directly or indirectly accessed through links in this site, including but not limited to any errors in or omissions therefrom, the unavailability of this site or any portion thereof, (d) your use of this site, or (e) your use of services, equipment, products and software in connection with this site.

The material and information on our website is provided solely for entertainment or promotional purposes.

Changes are made periodically to WS documents including general information and information on events and schedules, and these changes may or may not be reflected in the materials or information present on the www.wiseskiescollective.com website. Additionally, because the website is frequently under development, materials and information may be deleted, modified, or moved to a different part of the website by us and without notice.

STUDENT/CLIENT COMMITMENTS

At WS, everyone from teachers, staff, colleagues, and students, agree to abide by our non-disclosure agreements, Code of Ethics, Spiritual Principles, and Student Pledge.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

The non-disclosure agreement is considered binding upon digitally accepting terms and agreements and is made between the student (you) and Wise Skies (WS).

This Agreement shall govern the conditions of disclosure by WS and The Student of certain Confidential Information, including but not limited to course material, trade secrets and intellectual property relating to the WS courses.

The Student/Client hereby agrees that:

The Student/Client shall not disclose any business or personal information given verbally or in written form during the course of study, including but not excluded to, cost information, accounting and unpublished financial information, business plans, customer lists and customer information, purchasing techniques, supplier lists and supplier information and marketing, production or merchandising systems or plans, information relating to persons including Tiffany Harelik, WS staff or any other persons mentioned or alluded to during the course.
The Student/Client shall not directly or indirectly acquire any interest in, or design, create, manufacture, sell, teach or otherwise deal with any item or product, containing, based upon or derived from the information, except as may be expressly agreed to in writing by Tiffany Harelik.
That the secrecy obligations of The Student/Client shall continue for a period ending 10 years from the date hereof.

WS will be entitled to obtain an injunction to prevent threatened or continued violation of this Agreement, but failure to enforce this agreement will not be deemed a waiver of this Agreement.

WS CODE OF ETHICS

Agree not to discriminate on the basis of gender, ethnicity, religious beliefs, age, physical disabilities, and culture.
Agree that everyone has the right and ability to make their own decisions and to be free from restraint of others’ views.
Take personal responsibility to create our own reality through our thoughts, words, and actions.

Any student, intuitive, or staff who has been deemed by WS to have acted with intent, negligence or recklessness will have their certification revoked and be expelled from the WS programs, site, communications, and school.

STUDENT/CLIENT PLEDGE

This agreement is made for WS both online, digital, and in-person between student (you) and Wise Skies Collective (WS).

I understand that in taking a WS course, I must take full responsibility for my course work and take ownership in my ability to take this class.

Time Zones: I understand that all communication about times and/or schedules via email, Facebook or website forum are always Central Standard Time (CST) and not the time zone I reside and/or am traveling in.

Tech Pledge: It is my sole responsibility to ensure I have access, use and familiarity with all forms of technology required for my successful participation in this course such as: Zoom, YouTube, Vimeo, Adobe Flash Player and other current software requirements.

Although this type of career does deal mainly with people rather than computers, we feel that there are some computer skills essential for online courses, homework assignments, weekly videos, etc.

What we use your data for

If you’ve given us permission, we hold your data on system and use it for operational purposes such as sending you information via electronic mail and/or direct mail relating to news, upcoming events, newsletters or merchandise. From time to time we might ask you for additional information, for the same purposes or to update our records. You never have to agree to this; and we will always tell you why we need this information.

Sharing your data

Automated data collection

We also use Google analytics. These cookies are used to collect information about how visitors use our site. We use the information to compile reports and to help us improve our website. Storing and protecting data

We take every precaution to protect your data, and we’ve developed and adopted technologies, practices and policies to safeguard you and your data. Some of the safeguards we use are firewalls and information access controls. Please understand, however, that no system is perfect or can guarantee that unauthorized access or theft might not occur.

Data collected is stored and processed via electronic systems including but not limited to Mailchimp.

Disclosure

Except where you’ve given your informed consent, WS won’t disclose any of your personal information without permission unless we’re required to do so, for example if required by a court order, or when requested by the police or another authority investigating illegal activity.

Third party sites

We can’t be responsible for the privacy and practices of other companies, even when you’ve reached them from our website, so we recommend you check privacy policies for each new site you visit.

Transferring your personal information outside of the EEA

As part of our operations we sometimes transfer your data out of the European Economic Area or EEA, for example, when a server supporting our website is outside the EEA. If this happens, we’ll take steps to ensure that your privacy rights continue to be protected as outlined in this notice.
