Weekly Forecast March 20-26, 2017

The best days of the week to schedule activities in work or play are Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday. Lay low Wednesday through Friday and let the skies change before making any big decisions.

Monday, March 20th: The Sun enters fiery Aries as Moon enters stable Capricorn just before lunch (CST). Get all important business and work-related tasks on the calendar for today as you likely have the energy to both start (Aries) and finish (Capricorn) projects. This would be a great day to do any healthy meal prep for the rest of the week.

There is nothing remarkable in the skies on Tuesday making it a clear day to schedule activities. On Wednesday, the Moon is Void of Course pretty much all day from noon until 9pm (CST). When the Moon is Void of Course, things tend to be hazy, we have lower energy, and things generally don’t go quite as we intended. Netflix and chill to let the time pass.

Thursday, March 23: Mercury squares Pluto in the skies today. Watch out for obsessions, power trips, and critical (destructive) thinking. Stay grounded and centered with ample self-care, good nutrition, and plenty of water.

Don’t get carried away Friday as Mercury opposes Jupiter first thing in the morning. Do you know too much about something? Are your ideas unrealistic? Do you have delusions of grandeur? Journaling and painting are encouraged to get the thoughts out of your system so you can move on.

Over the weekend: The Sun conjuncts lazy Venus in the wee hours of Saturday morning, while the Moon enters dreamy Pisces. This is an ideal breakfast-in-bed kinda morning. On Sunday, the Sun conjuncts inventive Uranus Sunday morning and you just might get a bright idea that is worth the follow through.

Heads up: Monday, March 27 brings the New Moon in Aries. You might feel like you’re ready to start a(nother) new project, but caution is advised in the areas of overspending, overcommitting and overexerting due to the Jupiter/Pluto square forming this week. Exercise restraint in physical exercise, investments, and eating habits. Beware of a potential abuse of power. Ignite your New Moon wishes in the area of new beginnings, self, independence, courage and authenticity.

During the last few weeks of March, the T-square from February comes back. As faster moving Jupiter makes contact with the separating Uranus-Pluto square, he “translates the light” or temporarily activates that energy that was on the main stage from 2012-2015. What was going on in your life in 2012-2015? Are you having any current experiences with those topics? Leave us a note in the comments if you would like to share and help others learn astrology.
